Perfumes will be delivered using the Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class service which requires a signature upon receipt. Postage and Packing are FREE OF CHARGE for deliveries within mainland UK.
Please Note. Royal Mail permits a maximum of four bottles of perfume in one package.
Sample bottles will be sent using Royal Mail 2nd class postage which does not require a signature. Delivery may take up to five working days.

Thank you for buying from Zoe Brown Perfume - we hope that you are delighted with your purchase, but if you do need to return anything we offer the following options to you:
CANCELLATION BEFORE DISPATCH
If you change your mind before we have dispatched the product (i.e. shortly after placing the order) we are happy to refund you the full purchase price. To cancel your order please use this Cancellation form
IF YOUR PRODUCT IS UNWANTED OR YOU'VE CHANGED YOUR MIND
We are happy to offer you a refund if the product you are returning is in a fully resaleable condition i.e. unopened and unused, and the return is made within 30 days of receipt.
Please return the product to us at: Zoe Brown Perfume, Woodland House, 4 The Grove, Latimer, Chesham. HP5 1UE, indicating the reason for the return. Please see important information below regarding postal returns. Please obtain a proof of posting from the post office.
We will refund the full purchase price and the cost of the return postage following receipt of the returned item.
IF YOUR PRODUCT IS FAULTY OR DAMAGED
If there is a problem with the product, please use this Contact form explaining the problem and we will either replace the faulty item or issue a refund according to your preference. If it is necessary to return the faulty item we will refund the cost of return postage.
IF YOU HAVE TRIED THE PRODUCT & IT’S NOT FOR YOU
Regrettably, we are unable to provide a refund if the seal on the product packaging has been broken as this means the product cannot be resold.
HOW REFUNDS ARE PAID
Refunds will be made using the same method of payment used for the original order. The refund value will be for the price paid when the order was placed. Refunds will only be processed once we have received the returned item.
This Returns and Refunds policy does not affect your legal statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, the Consumer Rights Act or any other relevant legislation.
* Important information regarding postal returns *
Royal Mail have new labelling rules when posting perfume. These MUST be followed when posting perfumes within the UK. All returns MUST have the correct labelling on the outer box to be fully compliant with these rules. The outer packaging box you are returning the item in must display an ID8000 label (available at all post office counters) with the tick box completed accordingly. Failure to do so may result in your return being confiscated by Royal Mail whereupon we will accept no responsibility for your loss.

This website collects and uses personal information for the following reasons:
3.1 Site visitation tracking
Like most websites, this site uses Google Analytics (GA) to track user interaction. We use this data to determine the number of people using our site, to better understand how they find and use our web pages and to see their journey through the website.
Although GA records data such as your geographical location, device, internet browser and operating system, none of this information personally identifies you to us. GA also records your computer’s IP address which could be used to personally identify you but Google do not grant us access to this. We consider Google to be a third party data processor (see section 6.0 below).
Disabling cookies on your internet browser will stop GA from tracking any part of your visit to pages within this website.
3.2 Contact forms and email links
Should you choose to contact us using the contact form on our Contact us page or an email link like this one, none of the data that you supply will be stored by this website or passed to / be processed by any of the third party data processors defined in section 6.0. Instead the data will be collated into an email and sent to us over the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP). Our SMTP servers are protected by TLS (sometimes known as SSL) meaning that the email content is encrypted using SHA-2, 256-bit cryptography before being sent across the internet. The email content is then decrypted by our local computers and devices.

Wix may collect, store and process certain Non-personal and Personal Information. For example, Zoe Brown Perfume is able to import e-mail contacts from third party services like Gmail, or otherwise collect and manage contacts via their User Website. Such contacts are then stored with Wix, on the Zoe Brown Perfume’s behalf. For such purposes, Wix serves and shall be considered as a “Data Processor”.

We use a number of third parties to process personal data on our behalf. These third parties have been carefully chosen and all of them comply with the legislation set out in section 2.0. All of these third parties are based in the USA and are EU-U.S Privacy Shield compliant:

We will report any unlawful data breach of this website’s database or the database(s) of any of our third party data processors to any and all relevant persons and authorities within 72 hours of the breach if it is apparent that personal data stored in an identifiable manner has been stolen.
